教学目标：
1. 认知目标
(1)能够听，说，读，写本课时四会句子: which season do you like best?
　I like …best. Summer is good, but fall is my favorite season.
并能在情景中正确运用。
2. 能力目标
(1)通过学习，学生能够了解一些季节的相关活动，以及对自己最喜欢的季节以及原因进行谈论辩论。
(2)通过学习，学生掌握相关的阅读技巧，正确理解文章意义。
(3)通过文本阅读，以及口头表达，学生能够提升英语写作能力。
教学重难点：
重点：能使用句型 I like summer, because ……
难点：对自己最喜欢的季节以及原因进行书面描述，并能用句型“summer is good, but fall is my favorite season.描述自己最喜欢的季节”
课前准备：单词卡片、课件、简笔画图片。
教学步骤：
Step 1 Warm-up
(1)Greeting
(2)sing the song ”what’s your favorite season”
(3)Guessing Game
T:what’s the song talking about?
S: seasons
T: Today we are going to talk about seasons. I have some pictures here. Guess “which season is it?” (借助课件上的图片复习四季)
T : It’s warm . I can fly kites . I can wear my shirt . Which season is it ?
S: It’s spring .
T: let’s see is it winter or not. Yes, you’re right.
　　Can you tell me what’s the weather like in winter?
S: It’s cold.
T: what can you do in winter?
S:I can skate.　　
T: Winter is good, but my favourite season is fall.
T:Let’s see the next picture, Guess, which season is it?
S：It’s summer.
T: yes, you’re right. It’s summer. What’s the weather like in summer?
S:It’s very hot in this season,everything is bright.
T:The last picture What season is it now?
S:Fall.
T:What’s the weather like in summer?
S:It’s cool and windy.
Step2 Presentation
1. Pre-reading
(1)接上面游戏：There are four seasons in a year. But, I like fall best. 教师出示图片：The sky is blue . The leaves are colourful.
The leaves are colourful. 并出示词条领读、小组读。
(2)T:I like fall best . Which season do you like best?师板书
Ss spell it together.
S：I like …best .师板书。
T: Tell me, Which season do you like best?
S: I like summer best.
T: Why?
S: Because I can swim in the sea.
T:In summer we can swim in the sea. Summer is good ,
but fall is my favourite season .(板书该句型)
(3)T：Tell me ,Which season do you like best ?
　 S: I like winter best.
　 T: Why?
S: Because I can make a snowman.
T: Which season does she like best?
　 S: She likes winter
　 T: Why does she like winter.
S: She can make a snowman.　　
T: Do you like winter?
S: winter is good. But summer is my favorite season.
当学生回答：I like winter .时，教师随机引出：In winter . We can go up north . We can go to Harbin . We can play in the snow.
2. In – reading
(1)We all know our favourite season .Now,Amy, Mike and ZhangPeng are also talking about their favourite seasons.Look at the screen and listen carefully try to find out answers.
(2) Open your books turn to page 18 .Read this dialogue again with your partner and finish the sentences on your book . (同桌相互讨论)
(3) Encourage Ss to find out the words or sentences they don’t understand.
(4)listen to the tape and read after the recorder.
(5) students read the dialogue together.[
Step3 Group work
Discuss with your partnerand make a dialogue
(1)学生小组内自由交谈。
(2)个别同学展示。

Step 4Homework:
(1)write these sentences for three times （板书）
(2)read this dialogue with your partner.
(3) Write a short passage about your favorite season.
